I just had a little inspiration on something I’ve been thinking about and I wanted to share it with you all! Basically, the message I have, is let’s roll!

Sometimes, it seems like it’s just impossible to get started on a new business venture. There are many different reasons that people have, but it really comes down to a person’s mindset. Yep, you heard me. Let me tell ya a little story so everyone get’s the gist of what I’m saying.

Sam finds this awesome new business, he’s excited about it and he just knows that this is going to work out. So, Sam sets a goal. His goal is, by next month I am going to be making $500 a month. By the month after that, I will be working at home, full-time, and I will never have to step into the workplace again!

Now we have someone else. His name is Eric. Eric finds a business and he’s so excited about it! He knows that there’s no way this can fail. But, he puts off marketing it. He thinks he has to know everything about it before he can get going. The longer Eric puts it off, the more and more he believes that it will never actually work. Eric starts to lose interest in his business.

Sam’s going and he’s going hard. He’s met his first month goal, and when he did that it just assured him that this business really is worth it! Eric’s still trying to find everything out about the business and he’s not signing people up or advertising it yet because he doesn’t feel like he has to necessary knowledge.

Sam meets his second goal and he is now working full-time at home, he’s debt free and living the life he’s always dreamed of. By this time, Eric has dropped out of his business completely, he just got more and more sure that it wasn’t going to work, that he figured, what’s the point?

Now, the reason I’m positing this is because I know that EVERYONE does this. I did it, and you have too at some point in your life. The only thing that separates a person that succeeds in their business from a person who doesn’t, is their mindset! If you have it set in your mind that YOU WILL SUCCEED, YOU WILL! The thing is, you have to get out there and get it going! Start marketing it, make it your goal to hand out just one flier every time you go out. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but that’s all it takes. Your business will start growing almost immediately.

Stop worrying about not having all of the information, it’s ok, I promise you! You don’t need to know everything, just the general picture to sign people up. If someone has a specific question, write it down and call your upline or get online and find out the answer to it. MAKE SURE to get back to the potential customer with 24 hours so they don’t lose interest! You don’t need to know everything, because no matter what you do, you will never know everything about it.

I’ve always liked writing, so one day I just started writing, I started showing people the stuff I wrote, and people got interested. Do I know all of the methods of writing? No! Absolutely not. But, I got out there and showed people, I said hey look what I’ve got. That’s all it takes to get someone’s interest. You don’t need all of the answers. Just trust me. Get out there and hand out your fliers!
